Position Highlights
Role: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)
Location:
2–3 days at an assisted living facility in Grand Prairie, TX
2–3 days at one of our outpatient orthopedic clinics in Grand Prairie, Irving, or Arlington, TX

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality Physical Therapy services in both assisted living and outpatient settings to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with residents, patients, families, and your care team.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Requirements
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Texas Physical Therapist license
A passion for working with older adults and improving patient outcomes
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
