DESCRIPTION
Build staff and manage an organization that handles Surge and Project work for the assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties:
Network utilizing multiple resources to locate qualified reps in each territory.
Interview perspective employees and process all applications and paperwork.
Build and maintain a Rep Data Base for each territory.
Assign or deploy projects for Surge and Home Store Coverage.
Put project mailing together and send to the Mail Coordinator for each project assigned to your territory.
Follow-up with reps utilizing field visits, store visits, and work to train and evaluate project/Home Store completion.
Pull RW3 reports daily to check the completion and progress of projects.
Complete payroll each Wednesday utilizing time sheets call reports and RW3 data.
Ensure each project is complete to client's expectation on due date and all data has been entered into RW3.
The deployment file must be kept 100% up to date at all times showing project process, mailing and completion status.
All project information is sent to the Business Manager on the date due showing 100% of project completion, hours and amount paid for billing clients for completed projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience Requirements:
5 years retail selling and merchandising experience with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car for an extended period of time.
Must be available for overnight travel.
Must be available for weekend work and holidays (Demos, Food Shows, or Special Client Programs).
Must be willing and able to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores).
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to recognize and understand issues and develop a process to solve the problem at hand.
Must walk, stoop, kneel, reach, pull, grasp, and stand daily. Must have good vision, dexterous use of both hands and be able to operate a calculator, fax machine, telephone, copier, hand truck, pallet jack, hammer, screwdriver, drill, and case cutter. Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to operate photo lab equipment
Advanced computer skills including Word and Excel and other workplace communication tools
Prefer someone with experience in managing an MSO company.
