Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining documentation in compliance with industry standards. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and easily accessible to support our operational efficiency.

Duties

(MMR) Documents are Controlled and Used Effectively
All MMRs are accurate to the current specifications set forward in the Product Profiles.
Smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods is facilitated.
MMRs are continuously improved via feedback from the site QC Manager and the production team.
SOPs applicable to processes overseen by the Document Control Specialist
Creating and refining SOPs is provided to the Site QC Manager as needed.
Finished blend/product COAs are submitted
LOT-specific COAs are created according to the results of applicable testing.
Approved Supplier program is managed effectively
All customer supplier agreements are current and stored appropriately.
All ingredient suppliers are reviewed annually and the documentation updated.
New suppliers are vetted by QC Site Manager before materials issued to production.

Qualifications

Proficient in document management systems and filing techniques
Strong organizational and records management skills
Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards a plus
Excellent proofreading and technical writing abilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
