Duties

Responsible for the following job duties:

 
� Work collaboratively as part of a team.
� Lead community-based play groups focusing on early education and parenting support for children 0-5 years old and their families.
� Complete developmental screenings and weekly observations.
� Share information and resources related to parenting/caregiving, and school readiness via playgroups and family visits outside of scheduled play groups.
� Participate in program outreach activities.

 

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

 
� Experience working with children and or families or a degree in a Human Services field with experience working with children and or families.
� Current and valid driver?s license required.
� Available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
� Bilingual job seekers are encouraged to apply.

 
Training will be provided. Initial and ongoing training throughout employment is provided to all ReadySteps program staff.
