Engineering Manager - Controls System Integrator

Engineering Manager Wanted - Join Our Growing Team!

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team at a thriving company. As the Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide daily management and leadership to our Field Engineering, Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, and Electrical CAD Design departments. Your expertise and drive will ensure projects and customer orders are completed on time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Automation & Controls and Electrical Engineering design
- 5+ years of experience in an Engineering/Technical leadership/management role
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic planning skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities include:
- Managing and participating in daily engineering activities
- Overseeing employee timekeeping and expense reporting
- Establishing policies and procedures
- Developing and training team members
- Fostering positive employee relations
