What You'll Bring:

3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field within the B2B SaaS space.
A strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and uncover insights.
A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
Bonus Points:

Experience in the language technology industry.
Knowledge of other European languages.
