Entry-Level Business Development Representative – Evolution Concepts, Louisville, KY

At Evolution Concepts, we’re a rapidly expanding business development firm known for crafting tailored marketing and sales strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients. We’re looking for a motivated and professional Entry-Level Business Development Representative to support our growing consumer base by handling product inquiries, answering questions, and facilitating the entire sales process. In this customer-facing role, being personable and customer-oriented is essential!

Starting in an entry-level position, our Business Development Representatives benefit from our commitment to promoting from within. We prioritize internal growth and reward team members who demonstrate success by advancing them within our firm.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Present our client’s products and services directly to customers, tailoring each approach to their specific needs.
  • Leverage negotiation skills throughout the sales process, engaging both existing and potential customers.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers from initial inquiry to product delivery.
  • Collaborate with fellow Business Development Representatives to stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Preferred 1-2 years in Account Management, Business Development, or a Leadership role.
  • A strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and commitment to success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Desire for growth, development, and knowledge within the entry-level role.
