We are seeking an Entry Level Civil/Environmental Engineer to helpwith local and regional water, wastewater, and reuse projects. Carollo's vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and you'll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career. **Responsibilities** + Performing engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure + Work on engineering planning and design projects + Prepare reports + Develop plans and specifications + Prepare cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects + System modeling + Permitting and alternative analysis + Preparation of technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables + Data entry and analysis + Provide engineering services during construction + Participate in field activities such as pilot testing **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering + Minimum academic requirements include coursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design + 0 to 4 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering + Engineer-in-Training certification + Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Work well in a team environment + Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting + Proficient in MS Word and Excel **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering + Familiarity with computer applications including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and water and sewer hydraulic calculations/modeling software (WaterGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM) **Other Compensation and Benefits** Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
