We are hiring a Junior Brand Manager to join our growing marketing team and support the execution of high-impact promotional campaigns for national clients.

What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to:
Assist in developing and communicating a cohesive brand message across promotional events and campaigns
Support brand initiatives using point-of-sale displays, merchandising tools, and promotional materials
Recruit and train new team members for branding and outreach programs
Help plan and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly brand strategy meetings
Execute live brand activations and evaluate campaign performance metrics
Represent clients at promotional events and ensure brand consistency in public interactions
A background in leadership , whether formal or informal (e.g. team captain, student organizations, mentoring roles)
Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or marketing is a strong plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ambition, curiosity, and a team-first mindset
Training is provided, but a go-getter mentality and drive to learn are essential.
