Job Description

**Responsibilities** Provide system support specific to the validation and building of Provider, Vendor, and Place of Service tasks within Tapestry. Provide Service Support to Managed Care Operations and KSPA applicable to building and testing of Provider contracts, Troubleshoot contract build. Develop work queues, Complete the EDI and Eligibility load process; Support implementation and upgrades to software applications. Works with Business Owners, System Support, and IT Teams to assess and develop best practice models. Participate in testing initiatives. Provides information system administration and support to EPIC Tapestry and Benefits modules. Utilize analytical skills to build/maintain system applications in EPIC. Responsible for Benefit/Employers Group set up and maintenance, training and support of Plan benefit build related tasks, Monitors and resolve system issues, utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot Epic issues and end user difficulties. Performs technical analysis, evaluates new technology and enhancements and optimization opportunities and configures system for business owners. Provides exceptional customer service to all departments Achieve an in depth knowledge of Epic software and develop a close working relationship with business owners and stake holders Other duties as assigned. **Job Title: System Support Analyst** **Location: PAOB** **Department: Health Plans Systems** **Job Type: Full Time** **Salary Range: $78,040 - $96,402 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)** **Qualifications** **Education** Required: Four-year degree (BA, BS in business or other related field) or comparable Information Systems Application experience or KSC experience (will substitute experience year-for -year to meet education requirements). Preferred: N/A **Experience** Required: Minimum 3 years' experience with healthcare applications, system design, configuration or support. Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing, vendor contracting, and benefit plan building. Preferred: 4-6 years' experience in a Managed Care environment. **License(s)** Required: Valid Driver's License Preferred: N/A **Special Skills** Required: Strong ability to translate administrative and operating requirements specific to EPIC Tapestry System into clear, specific actionable system configurations and the ability to implement those configurations. Ability to test and audit Provider, Vendor, and Benefit system configurations to assure functional accuracy. Microsoft office including Excel and MS Access. Preferred: Strong analytical and reporting skills. Demonstrable knowledge of clinical data sets (CPT, HCPS, ICD-9) Other Required: Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to read and interpret industry documents. Must be flexible, detail oriented, and able to work within tight deadlines. Must exhibit exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Epic Tapestry Certification required within 9 months of assuming position.
