Pay Information$33.17 - $38.32 per hour ShiftPositions available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Job PurposeAssure Molds produce quality parts through:Preventative maintenance, maturation, repair, and tuning.Daily troubleshooting Key AccountabilitiesWork on daily activities as assigned by the Team LeaderRespond to equipment / mold downtime and recovery issuesMonitor equipment / mold for potential problems identificationPerform quality & running efficiency improvements to the mold / tooling.Perform all phases of equipment troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systemsPerform scheduled preventative maintenance plans & activitiesMaintain COP of work area and department issued toolsObserve and promote all department safety policiesQuality confirmation of completed work Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsMinimum Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum Experience:Minimum of three months experience in the mechanical and/or die mold maintenance field (including Co-op experience) preferred.Other Job-Specific Skills:Application of engineering and manufacturing principlesIn-Depth understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic 2D and 3D CAD tools.Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively both with customers and internal project teams. Working ConditionsMajority of time is in office environment, but presence in the production area on a daily basis is expected~10 hours overtime per week is possibleOccasional weekend workTravel as required, typically less than 5% What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
