Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about creating memorable experiences. You will assist with logistics, coordination, and on-site management to ensure successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, including researching venues, vendors, and suppliers.
Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and equipment rentals.
Maintain communication with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
Oversee event setup, registration, and attendee support during events.
Monitor event supplies and materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
Handle administrative tasks, including managing budgets, contracts, and invoices.
Gather and organize post-event feedback for reporting and improvement.
Qualifications
High school diploma
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in [Microsoft Office/Google Workspace] and event management tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies.
