Job Title: Event Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. You will assist with all aspects of event coordination, from logistics and vendor management to on-site support, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage event timelines, schedules, and task lists.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Support event set-up and breakdown, including arranging décor, materials, and equipment.
  • Help track budgets and keep inventory of event supplies.
  • Coordinate transportation and accommodation logistics for attendees, if needed.
  • Manage event materials and promotional items for giveaways or displays.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring all activities are executed smoothly.
  • Assist with post-event activities, including feedback collection and follow-up communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
