Event Brand Ambassador – Community Events (1099 Contractor)
Location: Rochester, NY

Are you outgoing, reliable, and energized by face-to-face conversations? The Good Feet Store is hiring Event Brand Ambassadors to represent our life-changing product at local community events, expos, and trade shows.

This is a flexible, part-time 1099 contractor role —perfect for those who want weekend work, supplemental income, or a fun way to engage with the public while promoting wellness.

About the Role

As an Event Brand Ambassador, you'll staff our branded booth at events like:

• Home & Garden Shows
• RV & Boat Shows
• Farmers Markets
• Senior Health Fairs
• Wellness Expos and more

You'll interact with attendees, share the story of The Good Feet Store, and encourage guests to visit a nearby retail location for a free consultation and fitting.

This is NOT a high-pressure sales role—it's about conversation, connection, and educating the public on how we help people live pain-free.

✅ What You'll Do

• Represent The Good Feet Store in a friendly and professional manner
• Engage event attendees and explain our product and in-store process
• Potentially (depending on the event type) sell individuals you engage with – from start to finish
• Capture qualified leads (contact info and interest level)
• Encourage in-store bookings using an iPad or lead form
• Set up, manage, and break down event materials as needed
• Submit a short recap report after each event

You Are:

• Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Able to stand for several hours at a time
• Available most weekends (event schedule varies)
• Experienced in customer service, sales, or promotional events (preferred)

Pay Structure (1099 Independent Contractor)

• Flat Rate per Event
• Lead Bonuses
• Sale Commissions
• Conversion Bonuses
• Referral Bonus

Schedule

• Most events are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• You choose which events you work—based on availability and interest
