We are seeking an organized, motivated, and creative Event Coordinator to join our team at Nexmos Design. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish, ensuring that each event meets our clients’ expectations. You will collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences. This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events, including corporate events, conferences, and private gatherings.
  • Work closely with clients to understand event objectives, preferences, and budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure all events run smoothly.
  • Handle on-site event operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Assist with creating and distributing event materials and promotional content.
  • Ensure all events align with brand standards and client expectations.
