We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Kansas City. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of various events that showcase Nexmos Design’s creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for organization and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and organizing events from conception to completion.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event success.
  • Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistics plans.
  • Monitor event budgets and track expenses.
  • Support on-site event management, including setup, troubleshooting, and takedown.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing event-related documentation.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred.
