Job Description

Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events that align with our company’s standards of excellence. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the events industry while working with a supportive and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and community gatherings.
Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, vendor communication, and scheduling.
Support the creation and management of event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to execute events according to the proposed plan and timeline.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining event records, preparing materials, and responding to client inquiries.
Provide on-site event support, including setup, attendee registration, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Ensure post-event evaluations are conducted to assess success and areas for improvement.
