The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to help create memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and planning of events from inception to completion.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and scheduling.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure all details are finalized.
  • Prepare and maintain event materials, signage, and promotional content.
  • Ensure event space is organized, clean, and ready for guests.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
  • Assist with attendee registration and ensure all guest needs are met.
  • Address any issues that arise during the event to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection.

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
