**This is a Full-time, Varied Shift, EVS Lead position supporting Sahuarita Hospital!** **_+ Shift Differential for Night/Evening Shifts!_** Supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel engaged in housekeeping activities. **Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements** **Education:** Preferred: High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience **Experience:** Preferred: Previous housekeeping experience (routine/project cleaning), preferable in healthcare. **Skills:** Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment; Attention to detail and policy with concern for patient safety and quality outcomes; Effective communication skills across multiple stakeholders, including patients, caregivers, visitors and administrators. **Licenses/Certifications:** For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card _Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita is an 18-bed neighborhood hospital offering medical/surgical inpatient beds, two operating rooms and a 14-bed emergency room.
