Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures, grounds, and utility systems, maintaining Santa Maria’s fleet of vehicles, overseeing maintenance and housekeeping staff, tracking maintenance requests, and keeping accurate records of preventative maintenance and repairs. Position involves driving between facilities and requires a valid driver’s license with proof of current insurance and a clean driving record.
