A well-regarded outpatient clinic in southern Texas is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient-focused, accessible primary care services. This role involves evaluating patient concerns, managing both short-term and long-term medical conditions, providing preventive care, administering immunizations, and supporting individuals in achieving their health goals. • A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care or urgent care environment is required
• Skilled in performing thorough physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning
• Ability to administer vaccines and medications while educating patients on their use and effects
• Familiar with electronic health record systems and standard clinical documentation practices
• Effective in working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff
• Possess or is eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
