Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for the automotive industry?

We're seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in auto sales finance, preferably at an independent dealership, familiar with Out of state sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire finance process, from credit approval to deal closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financial products and options clearly.
• Maximize dealership profitability through effective sales techniques and product penetration.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Must be able to fund deals within 4 days of deal date 
• CRM management 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager & Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance products and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license & good driving record
