Details of the Position:
Role:Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, 1099)
A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat.
Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.
Laptop and equipment provided
Compensation:
$90 per completed visit
Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 25 miles traveled daily
Locations:New Hampshire (Members reside throughout NH; especially in Rockingham, Hillsborough, Cheshire, Merrimack, Strafford, Carroll, and Grafton Counties)
