Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Food Services Marketing Manager to join their team at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX .  

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving base business growth programs and strategies to increase sales, ensure pricing accuracy, drive mandatory meal plan upgrades and increase voluntary meal plan sales. Ensures all promotions, sales enablers and other growth initiatives are implemented across accounts. Aligns with Collegiate Hospitality team to implement national programs.
  • Responsible for writing Client facing Marketing and Communication Plans, Business Reviews with operations and ensures implementation and measurement. Interacts with and maintains relations with client. Ensures accurate and timely stakeholder communications.
  • Interact and build strong relationships with all levels of clients and customers, as well as, internal Aramark teams to accomplish goals and objectives
    Work with various levels of management within Aramark
  • Responsible for consumer engagement initiatives as well as the facilitation “Voice of the Consumer.”
  • Develops a systematic approach to planning, implementing, and tracking marketing projects for their location
  • Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention.
  • Drives account innovation, engagement events and development of catering and retail marketing plans.
  • Supports management teams with administration of marketing training and development programs for employees including Service Excellence and brand standards.
  • Support the development and execute year-long marketing plan and events calendar
  • Programming of retail items into Point-of-Sale system
  • Support Emergency Operations as part of the Ride/Recovery team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field 

•   Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and / or merchandising experience 
•    Previous brand ambassador and customer service experience preferred 
•    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
•    A high level of technical, computer, and software skills is required for this position. The ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva and basic databases and software are required
•    Solid time management skills and the ability to work independently while handling a complex and diverse workload in a fast-paced environment 
•    Written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver information to individuals or groups 
•    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
•    Digital marketing knowledge, including social media, photo, or video experience
