Position: LOGISTICS AND INVENTORY COORDINATOR

Location: 77 E Wilson Bridge Rd, Worthington OH, 43805

Reports to: Event Operations Lead

Role Type: Part-Time, up to hours 30 weekly

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 / hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to join our Event Operations Team. As a coordinator, you will support in maintaining our robust inventory, coordinating event logistics, and supporting both online and live esports and gaming events through readying and preparing equipment.

This role offers hands-on experience in event operations, inventory management, and logistics - providing a unique opportunity to work closely with industry professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is an excellent opening for an emerging professional looking to learn more about esports or eager to turn their interest for the video game industry into a career pathway.

Note: This position is currently only considering candidates local or near Columbus due to the responsibilities of the position. Relocation packages are not available at this time.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management : Assist in tracking and managing event inventory, including equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
  • Logistics Coordination : Support the planning and execution of event logistics, including setup, teardown, and transportation.
  • Event Support : Help coordinate and support aspects of live and online esports and gaming events, including load in and load out, technical setups, troubleshooting, and more.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of inventory, logistics plans, and event details. Prepare reports and assist in analyzing event performance.

Requirements :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Currently resides in or near Central Ohio (Columbus), with an ability to commute and travel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for live or online events.
  • Lift, carry, and move boxes or equipment that weigh a minimum of 40lbs, at times for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ Years Experience in warehouse environments or logistics operations.
  • Currently pursuing or holds a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Esports, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with event planning tools and software (e.g., project management tools, inventory management systems) is a plus.
  • An understanding or participation in esports is encouraged.
