We are looking to expand our team by adding an attorney to assist on a part-time basis with legal matters for the corporate office. In addition to general corporate matters, this attorney may represent the company in employment issues, contract negotiations, and litigation as needed.
Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on General Corporate Law and FEDERAL COURTS ADMISSION
Job Type: Part-time
