Description of the role: Newton Ford South is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in automotive sales. Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
Train and develop sales consultants
Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions
Collaborate with finance and service departments
Handle escalated customer concerns
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and regulations
Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales leadership
Strong track record of achieving sales goals
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM software
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
