Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer with a strong background in application development, testing, deployment, and cloud computing. The role offers exposure to core financial business applications , consisting of both custom and third-party products . As a self-starter , you will contribute to the development of world-class services, working with a diverse set of technologies in a team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in designing and developing real-time applications, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Develop and implement Enterprise applications , ensuring high quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real-time Market Data applications that meet business needs.
• Manage and deploy applications on AWS or other public cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).
• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards in DataDog for monitoring and performance tracking.
• Apply knowledge of SRE golden signals and service level metrics to enhance observability and application performance.
• Integrate Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems, networks, and applications.
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment, ensuring high standards in engineering and teamwork.
• Write and maintain shell scripts for automation and system management tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in developing Enterprise applications .
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Go .
• Development experience in Java , Python , Groovy , and Shell Scripting is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing real-time Market Data applications .
• Experience with AWS or other public clouds like GCP/Azure .
• Familiarity with creating dashboards in DataDog for monitoring system performance.
• Strong understanding of SRE golden signals , service level metrics , and observability metrics .
• Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Good attitude and strong skills in troubleshooting systems , networks , and applications .
