  • Prepare reports for Executive Director to share progress towards funding goals for key stakeholders and board members.
  • Maintain a library of organizational materials frequently requested by funders (e.g. financials, board details, program descriptions, etc.).
  • Support the Executive Director and our Development department in funder relations, including thank-you letters, impact reports, and donor updates.

Grant Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, or a related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in grant management and/or fundraising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and grant-writing software.

  • Proven track record of securing at least $300K annually in grant funding.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential funders and align funding opportunities with organizational needs.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a proven capacity to translate programmatic work and outcomes into compelling, mission-aligned narratives.
