Job Description
The team you'll be supporting is managing and modernizing a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and utilizing Linux and Kubernetes among other technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level support for system issues.
Monitor, prioritize, and resolve support tickets using the organization's ticketing system.
Assist users with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and manage issues related to Linux-based systems and Kubernetes environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree is required.
4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 50,000.00 62,000.00 Per Year
