As an ISS Monitor, you will be responsible for supervising students in the In-School Suspension (ISS) program. You will work closely with teachers and administrators to ensure that students adhere to school rules and regulations while providing a supportive and encouraging environment for them to reflect on their behavior and work towards positive change.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a firm but compassionate approach to managing student behavior, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. Previous experience working with youth or in a school setting is preferred.
