Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Hi-Lo (Forklift) Driver for a first shift position (6:30 AM 3:00 PM) . The ideal candidate must hold a valid forklift license and be skilled in operating both sit-down and stand-up hi-lo equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Safety, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
Handle inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and care.
Perform daily forklift inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including palletizing, sorting, or inventory control.
Requirements:
Valid forklift/hi-lo license (required).
Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts (minimum 6 months to 1 year preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
Industrial or warehouse setting with moderate to fast pace.
May include exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility.
