Job Title: Direct Support Caregiver / Home Health Aide
Location: Lexington, KY and Surrounding Counties
Position Type: Part-Time (36 hours/week)
Schedule: 12 hours shifts / alternating weekends.
Compensation: $18-20.00/hour

In this role, you will support adults with developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings—helping them live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and emotional support in a safe, supportive environment.
Accompany clients to appointments, recreational activities, and community events.
Follow individualized support plans to promote each client’s goals and independence.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress notes, and incident reports.
Collaborate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Competitive Pay: $18-$20.00 per hour

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Two years of consistent verifiable work history with references; R elevant experience or education in human services, health care, or related field.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and days as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
