AdvisaCare is a fast-paced, established Home Health / Medicare Agency seeking Skilled LPNs to provide care and service our patients in the Portage, Kalamazoo and surrounding area with our Kalamazoo location being your home office with the Parent Agency located in Portage, MI.
The ideal candidates must be dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals. LPN Skilled Visits available, working under the RN Plan of Care with knowledgeable support readily available.
With your Nursing Knowledge and Task Skills, every day is new and different. We make a real difference in the health and safety of our patients. Wound Care, including Wound Vacs, Drains, Tubes, All Kinds of Ostomies, Traches, Catheters, Getting to know your patients, doing one on one education with them and their caregivers, coordination with all of the members of the Home Health Team - it's a holistic and patient driven approach that we just don't see in facilities.
