The Role
As the HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR and people strategy, responsible for creating and executing programs that enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and support growth. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes that nurture talent, promote a healthy culture, align with our business goals, and uphold relevant state legislature. This position will report to the Head of Business Operations and also collaborate with other department heads to provide HR advice where applicable.
