Your Role: As a HubSpot Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for our team, guiding us through the complexities of the HubSpot ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve our CRM processes, nurture leads effectively, and create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

What You'll Do:

  • HubSpot Wizardry: Implement and customize HubSpot tools to ensure we’re utilizing every feature to its fullest potential.
  • Lead Management Pro: Develop and refine lead nurturing strategies that turn prospects into lifelong clients.
  • Campaign Creator: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that enhance engagement across all channels.
  • Analytics Advocate: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to drive adjustments and improvements.
  • Training Champion: Provide HubSpot training and support to our teams, empowering them to make the most of the platform.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working with HubSpot, preferably in a consulting role.
  • HubSpot Certification: HubSpot certification is a must; additional marketing certifications are a plus!
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong understanding of CRM best practices and lead management processes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit who thrives in a team environment and is eager to share knowledge.
  • Creative Thinker: Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign ideas.
