We are seeking a reliable, motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a critical team member, you will maintain, inspect, and repair air conditioning systems for residential clients. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose problems, troubleshoot system failures, and carry out repairs using standard tools.
• Complete job-related documentation and reports accurately.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repair requests.
• Adhere to all safety codes, guidelines, and regulations at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid EPA Certification (Type II and Core) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
