Your New Role

Located in Knightstown, IN, you’ll:

• Diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC systems under warranty

• Handle residential service calls professionally and efficiently

• Troubleshoot issues with furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and more

• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams for warranty claims

• Maintain service vehicle, inventory, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and HVAC best practices

• 2–3 years of residential HVAC service experience

• High skill set required, higher diagnostic skills required

• Valid EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)

• HVAC certification or technical training preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with major HVAC brands (Trane, Lennox, Carrier, etc.)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varied weather conditions
