Salary is $50,000.00-$100,000.00 yearly based on the skillset

Located in Knightstown, IN, you’ll:
Diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC systems under warranty
Handle residential service calls professionally and efficiently
Troubleshoot issues with furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and more
Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams for warranty claims
Maintain service vehicle, inventory, and documentation
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and HVAC best practices

2–3 years of residential HVAC service experience
High skill set required, higher diagnostic skills required
Valid EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
HVAC certification or technical training preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to work independently in the field
Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with major HVAC brands (Trane, Lennox, Carrier, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varied weather conditions
