Position: Golang Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of demonstrable experience in a back-end type-safe programming language (3-4 years in Golang preferred).
• Strong knowledge of back-end microservices architecture, REST web services, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Hands-on experience

• Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Experience with Docker for containerization.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of additional technologies: Postgres, gRPC, GraphQL.
• Experience with continuous testing tools and practices (e.g., Rally, JIRA, SVN).
• Familiarity with Waterfall software development methodology.
