Haus Acquisitions is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Inbound Call Center Representative to join our Philadelphia team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services. The ideal candidate is patient, efficient, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary Range: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Provide detailed information about our services, policies, and procedures.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.

• Document call details and update customer information in the company database.

• Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, even when handling challenging calls.

• Adhere to company policies and call center procedures to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls with patience and efficiency.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
