Job Description

Allegria is looking for a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to join our Independent Living team.

Job Responsibilities: 
The Senior Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for meeting or exceeding census and revenue growth through the development of professional relationships, ongoing education, and Community Outreach. This position requires confidence, independent initiative, and sense of urgency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Developing new referral sources through review of demographics.

-Professional Events

-Community Events

-Developing stronger collaborative relationships with existing referral sources

-Working closely and managing the Sales and Marketing Team 

-Monitoring return on investment for events

-Recognize external marketing trends

-Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Must be customer service oriented

-Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. 

-Reports to Independent Living Administrator

-Develop new business opportunities to meet established trends,
help develop and implement strategic sales plans.

-Facilitate client and referral sources requirement meetings.

-Report weekly sales forecasts, develop market analysis to
identify client needs, price schedules, and overall homecare market sales
trends.

-Stay current with competition, deliver sales presentations,
proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing ratio.

-Responsible for assisting with sales campaigns, maintaining
active participation and membership in networking organizations.

-Works closely with the Administrator in the development and
execution of the weekly outreach plan and outside community involvement.

-Maintain relationships with lead sources, generate new lead
sources, generate leads (non-referral agency), and maintain relationships
with referral agencies

MUST have at least 4-5 years Sales and Marketing experience in the senior
care industry to be considered.
