Job Description

Industrial Sales and Business Development Manager

A leading company is seeking a results-driven Industrial/Manufacturing Sales Professional with a strong background in sales, project management, quoting and leadership. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and optimizing sales strategies in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales and expand market reach.
* Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Manage estimating and pricing strategies to align with market trends and improve margins.
* Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless communication and client engagement.
* Lead customer stock programs and other initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
* Analyze market data and trends to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service, timely delivery, and strong customer retention.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 10 years' sales experience with demonstrated growth and sales achievements
* Experience with industrial and/or manufacturing sales. Government sales experience a plus.

Compensation package flexible. Can be either salary with year end bonus or base plus commissions.
