Job Description $75-$85k/year The Instructional Designer’s responsibilities focus on developing, designing and editing online training materials and content. This can include assessing learning needs and the target audience and analyzing existing materials. The Instructional Designer designs and develops materials such as eLearnings, lesson content, reference guides, and assessment tools. Through regular meetings with relevant internal partners, subject matter experts, and their manager, they ensure that the organization is prepared for new sales, systems and compliance initiative rollouts, and continuously works to improve upon existing training and documentation to increase clarity and relevance to the organization.
