Your role in our mission

  • Develops and designs courses and curricula following instructional design principles and practices.
  • Creates web-based training (WBT) courses using Storyline 360.
  • Builds comprehensive training materials using MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-based tools.
  • Works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to assess training needs, define course content, and design realistic/practical learning activities.
  • Analyzes, updates, and refines existing courses (both online and instructor-led courses).
  • Designs learning activities and evaluation tools aligned with the defined learning objectives.
  • Writes scripts for video and audio content.
  • Develops instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
  • Keeps current on best practices in instructional design and e-development.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in instructional design concepts, including assessment strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Able to easily connect and engage with stakeholders

What you should expect in this role

  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, including developing learning materials and training programs.3-5 years of experience in instructional design
  • Proficient in Storyline 360 and MS Word/PowerPoint
  • Experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • LI-REMOTE

The pay range for this position is $54,300 - $77,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
