Your role in our mission - Develops and designs courses and curricula following instructional design principles and practices.
- Creates web-based training (WBT) courses using Storyline 360.
- Builds comprehensive training materials using MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-based tools.
- Works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to assess training needs, define course content, and design realistic/practical learning activities.
- Analyzes, updates, and refines existing courses (both online and instructor-led courses).
- Designs learning activities and evaluation tools aligned with the defined learning objectives.
- Writes scripts for video and audio content.
- Develops instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
- Keeps current on best practices in instructional design and e-development.
What we're looking for - Proficiency in instructional design concepts, including assessment strategies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
- Able to easily connect and engage with stakeholders
What you should expect in this role - 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, including developing learning materials and training programs.3-5 years of experience in instructional design
- Proficient in Storyline 360 and MS Word/PowerPoint
- Experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs)

The pay range for this position is $54,300 - $77,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
