Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a talented Interior Designer to join their team in Panama City, FL . As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in the design and development of high-quality residential interiors. We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate proposed design solutions effectively.
  • Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with the design concept and meet project specifications.
  • Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for construction and installation purposes.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of design plans.
  • Source materials, fabrics, and furnishings from various suppliers, considering quality, cost, and availability.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative design techniques to enhance design offerings.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in residential design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong artistic and technical skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into reality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and space planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
