Job Description

Job Overview
Are you a college student considering a potential call to ministry? • Location: We are based near the beautiful Lake Norman, just under two hours from the mountains and four hours from the beach—an ideal spot to spend your summer.
  • Mentorship: You will be paired with an experienced ministry leader who will provide personalized coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Real Leadership Experience: Interns gain hands-on leadership experience, working closely with ministry teams.
  • Additional Opportunities: Some interns will have the chance to participate in all-expenses-paid international mission trips (passport required) or serve as leaders at student camps.

Job Description

  • Open exclusively to undergraduate college students.
  • Weekly stipend: $400, with housing included.
  • 40-hour work week, generally from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Duration: Full summer internship.

How To Apply
If you’re a college student with a heart for ministry—or just open to exploring the possibility—this is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and serve. Please send your resume/CV, including any ministry experience, to [email protected] and a cover letter explaining your passion for ministry, why you are interested in our internship program, and what you hope to gain from the internship.

The application period closes on February 28.
