Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute projects across various functional areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, possess strong leadership skills, and hold an active PMP certification . This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Monitor and control project performance, utilizing key metrics to track progress and drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Minimum 3 5 years of project management experience across diverse industries or functions.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage teams in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Additional certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
