Title

: IT Service Delivery Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)
Schedule: 1-2 days a week on site

Description:
We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage service delivery improvements across the organization. This role involves administration and optimization of IT asset management tools, ensuring efficient lifecycle management of endpoint devices, and leading service delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT service management platforms, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
Experience in IT operations, project management, or business system analysis.
Proficiency in IT asset management platforms and related administration.
Strong ability to develop and implement service delivery roadmaps.
Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
Knowledge of IT service management best practices and frameworks.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate tracking records.

Desired Skills:
Certifications in IT asset management or IT service management platforms.
Experience working with geographically dispersed and matrixed teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and process improvements.

Employment Type:
Perm/ Full-Time

Compensation:
Pay range: $85K-110k per year
