Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for our accounting team for a real estate client (co-sourcing engagement). This role involves working directly with our client and with our friendly accounting team, maintaining general ledger entries, process urgent requests in Accounts payables and Accounts receivables for assigned mall properties.

We will trust you to:  

• Book accruals, Manage general reconciliation process
• Have a close cooperation and communication with people from different entities and departments.
• Assist external auditors with annual and special audits.
• Process urgent payments, apply cash

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting (no experience needed).
• Energetic, active, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Innovative (recognize opportunities to be more efficient) and take initiative.
• Self-starter and problem-solver
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
