Job Description

At Modementum, we are seeking an energetic Junior Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the strategic marketing of our B2B solutions. As the Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping how AT&T’s products and services are positioned and communicated to businesses across industries. Your efforts will directly impact sales growth, customer acquisition, and brand recognition in the B2B space. 

 

As a Junior Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute marketing strategies that resonate with business customers, driving both demand and engagement. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, working in tandem to ensure seamless communication between product development, marketing, and sales efforts. 

 

You will take ownership of the go-to-market strategy, ensuring the sales and Junior Marketing Manager team has the tools and insights needed to effectively engage with prospective business clients. Sales in this role is face to face, requiring you to not only develop digital marketing campaigns but also ensure that our salespeople have the necessary resources and knowledge to close deals effectively in person.

 

Key Responsibilities as a Junior Marketing Manager:

  • Position AT&T’s products and services in the B2B market, creating compelling messaging and campaigns that highlight the products unique value proposition. 
  • Partner closely with the sales team to create face to face sales presentations, demonstrations, and enablement materials that help close deals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform products positioning and sales tactics.
  • Provide the sales and product marketing manager team with effective tools, materials, and insights that allow them to engage customers during in person meetings.
  • Track the success of marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
 

Key Qualifications as a Junior Marketing Manager:

  • Experience in sales, customer service or marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with fellow team members to execute customer outreach initiatives for our clients and generate revenue on behalf of AT&T. 
  • Looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales and business development. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable thinking outside the box and adapting to a diverse range of businesses in the local area.
